Our immigration legal team understands the details and nuances of U.S. immigration law. We are here to help you understand your options and navigate a complex legal system.
Our attorneys have been practicing immigration law for over thirty years. Over those years, we have developed a client-centered approach to helping people understand their immigration options and to pursue a path that meets their goals. Whether you are seeking temporary work authorization, permanent residency (or “green card” status), citizenship, or relief from deportation, our attorneys will take the time to understand your situation and then explain your options. MEET WITH AN ATTORNEY
Our attorneys are available for in-person meetings at our primary office in Mesa, AZ. We can also meet over the phone of via video chat. In some circumstance, we can even come to you or make arrangements for meeting space near you.
DESIGN A PLAN FOR YOUR CASE
Your attorney will listen to your situation, take the time to understand your goals and concerns, and then work with you to design a plan for your case.
FLEXIBLE LEGAL FEES & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Once you and your attorney have designed a plan, we can offer flexible payment options.
OUR PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer flexible payment options, including one (or a combination) of the following:
In a TRADITIONAL “full representation case” our team will carry out your plan and will bill on an hourly basis for time spent working on your case. Based on the details of that plan, our firm will set an advance deposit amount which will be used to fund the work performed on your case.
In some cases, after designing the plan for your case, your attorney will can quote a FIXED FEE amount that will cover the plan as it has been outlined. This way, you know exactly what to expect from your attorney and exactly how much you’re going to pay for that work.
Those who may not want or need a lawyer from start to finish, but who still want some expert guidance from time to time often request Unbundled or “limited scope” legal services. Typically, this includes scheduling a Strategy Session where an attorney can meet with you to review documents and answer questions.
